Our new food series, “Moosemeat & Marmalade” starts production April 23rd.  The team has converged and are ready to start rolling our first episode in Victoria and Sooke.  Directed by Hilary Pryor, bush cook Art Napoleon and fine chef Dan Hayes will explore one another’s cuisine and cultures.
